At January, we provide an array of architectural services, whether it be new construction or remodeling a pre-existing home. In partnership with our clients, January prides itself in creating homes that promote warm gathering spaces in tandem with open floor plans. January provides curated pieces ranging from contemporary to traditional furnishings accompanied with art elegantly paired with the style of your home. Our staging team merges aesthetic and function by creating spaces that exude both luxury and everyday comfort, accentuating the beauty of any architectural style. In collaboration with local Bay Area artists, we promote community building and mutual support while transforming a living space into the desired home for your potential buyer to envision.
